From humble beginnings in 1993 with Ian Higgins purchasing his first Curtainsider Truck, “Truck n Loader” was born. Steady growth over the next 10 years meant expansion so Renwick Transport Ltd was formed in 2005.
Husband and wife team Ian & Karen Higgins are very passionate about the business and family involvement. Karen eventually found the administration side too busy and convinced daughter Jax Smith to leave her Pharmacy Job and join the team in January 2005.
With ten trucks and various machinery the business continued to grow under the management of a very customer focused family and team of dedicated drivers.
Daughter Jen Hall joined in 2008 so that Jax could concentrate on Managing the Operations side of the business with Jen running the day to day office requirements that had grown considerably.
In August 2009 big changes were again afoot with the move from the Tyrone Park Premises to Broadbridge Transport Yard on the Corner of State Highway 63 & Hawkesbury Road along with the purchase of their General Freight and Fertilizer Business and six more Trucks and various Machinery.
Steady growth over the next 8 years sees Renwick Transport into its 25 year anniversary celebrations.
